Terms of Service
AllVPlus SCB Reconciliation · Last updated: 6 October 2026
1. Purpose of the service
AllVPlus SCB Reconciliation (the "Service") is primarily a reconciliation, monitoring and internal financial-control system for AllVPlus business operations. It helps authorized users review bank statement information, compare it with AllVPlus transaction and payment records, identify unmatched or unexplained entries and monitor payment and settlement status. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Authorized users only
The Service is restricted to authorized AllVPlus users. Access is granted by AllVPlus and may be limited by role. You must not share your credentials or allow anyone else to use your account.
3. Google Account connection
An authorized user may connect a Google account so that the Service can retrieve specific emails and attachments (SCB statement and payment-related reports) using read-only access. Access can be withdrawn at any time as described in the Privacy Policy. Google information is used only as described in the Privacy Policy and in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Bank and external data
The Service relies on information supplied by third parties, including bank statements and reports, emails and attachments, platform records and payment-provider status information. This information can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect, and AllVPlus does not control it.
5. Reconciliation limitations
Matching and classification results are produced from the evidence available at the time and are meant to support, not replace, review by qualified people. An entry that is matched, classified or explained in the Service has not necessarily been confirmed by the bank. A manual classification is the explanation of an authorized user, not a confirmation from a bank or a payment provider. The Service does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.
6. Payment status versus real bank settlement
Statement, email, StreamSouth status, or PYMDTL/provider status alone does not automatically authorize a bank payment.
A provider's "success" or "confirmed" status is not proof that money has left or reached an account. Real bank settlement is established by the bank's own records.
7. Financial actions require approval
Any bank payment, transfer or payout remains subject to the appropriate business approval and to the bank's own processes. The Service does not automatically authorize or initiate bank transfers from statement, email or provider data.
8. User responsibilities
- Keep your credentials secure and use the Service only for authorized business purposes.
- Review results and verify them against the underlying records before relying on them or acting on them.
- Enter accurate descriptions and classifications.
- Tell us promptly about errors, suspected misuse or security concerns.
- Comply with applicable law and AllVPlus policies.
9. Prohibited use
- Accessing the Service or its data without authorization, or helping someone else to do so.
- Attempting to bypass access controls, or to test or probe the security of the Service without written permission.
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service, or extracting data from it by automated means.
- Disclosing financial or personal information from the Service outside authorized business purposes.
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
10. Confidentiality
Information in the Service is confidential business and financial information. Use it only for authorized purposes and do not disclose it to anyone who is not authorized to receive it.
11. Third-party service availability
The Service depends on third-party services, including Google, SCB, payment providers and our hosting and database providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their outages, changes or errors, and the Service may be unavailable or limited as a result.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is", and AllVPlus is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on the Service without independent verification or from third-party data or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Suspension and termination
AllVPlus may suspend or end access at any time, including for misuse, for security reasons or when a person is no longer authorized. You may stop using the Service at any time.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Thailand.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
